The purpose of this book is twofold. First, I intend to shed some light on the incredible benefits of exercises to young people as they grow up. Secondly, I intend to provide a framework through which educators and parents can provide planned physical activities for children in different age groups. I am particularly intent on providing some guidelines on how these physical activities can be carried out in an environment of safety. I realize that a fraction of those who have embraced this discipline need guidance on what kind of mistakes to avoid as well as instituting the best practices.

In the end, I intend to rally all educators, coaches as well as parents to be proactive about this important aspect of the growth and development of the children. If later on, the children will grow to love being intentional about doing physical exercises to condition their bodies for top performance, this will be an added bonus.
